Where to buy?

Hi all,
I want to grow something outdoors next summer, but I dont know from which seed bank to buy. I am looking at some autoflowering strains, strains that would withstand a quite rough climate because I'm from Latvia, similar climate to UK, only less rain. My target was AutoFem Northern Lights.. Any suggestions?
