Which way do I plant the germinated seed

I just germed seeds. But im not sure which way to plant, up or down? Should any be showing in my med. or just put it all the way in?

the white tail should be facing down. seed shell on top. cover the the shell w/ approx 1/4 in of medium. and wait. do not touch after setting. ill go towards the light. it may take up to 3 days, keep moist and you should be all set

Its pretty cool cause the shell holds all the nutrients in it to help the plant grow quite tall without food. I germinated in coco for the first time and they were 2" high before I fed them anything!

A few of them are growing pretty fast. The others are not goingnowhere
