why is this happening?

Hey all.
I've had this plant about two - three weeks now. I have it in a small space about 2ft tall about 20' wide and about 8' narrow I guess. I have 3 daylight 26w CFLs and 3 soft white 23w CFLs. I'm also LST the plant as of now.
But ant way can anyone explain why it looks like this.
Or give any advice

Probably bad soil, to much nutes, overwatering or a combination of some or all of these.

While I've not LSTed a main stem before, from what I understand, you need to counter the tie down with one in the opposite direction to keep the plant from being pulled out of the ground.
