I will only make rosin, RSO and edibles. Will it still be benefitial to slow the drying and keep it at 50-60%RH?
Will hay flavour affect rosin?

everything I’ve studied says when rh is 58 or below the process of converting sugars is done….

Drying bud too fast will make the buds taste and smell like hay.
