How Many Plants? started with 6, im down to 3. 2 males and 1 died

Type and Strength of Fertilizers used? supernatural bloom, and im using it at 1/3 strength currently, i started at half strength and when plants started showing signs of stress i added a bunch more water to dillute the nutrients more.

im having some serious issues and i hope somebody can help. this started about 3-4 days ago, i noticed some of my leaves looking like they were wilting, well i did a nutrient change yesterday and i cut my nutrients more then half, and i didnt add any thrive alive or b1 seaweed, and the problem is continuing and getting worse, i was hoping to see improvement today. i really hope somebody can give me an idea.
I BELIEVE its a zinc buildup because of some stuff ive read. but what i cant seem to figure out is how to get rid of it. i need answers asap. please people help me out
my ph is steady 6.2-6.8
nutrients are less than 1/2 atm
temperature is 75 in daytime and 65-68 at night
light is 12 and 12 using a hps light 400 watt and 13 inches away from plants.
room is coverd in mylar along the sides
im using supernatural bloom nutrients, and i was using thrive alive and b1 seaweed as well.
