Hey HeySam! Nice plant!!

You’ve got a lot going on here. First peat moss by itself has zero nutrients. None, nada, zip. Next the 20-20-20 fertilizer has the wrong npk ratios. That’s just plain old lawn & garden ferts which don’t really apply here. The nutrient requirements for this crop change depending on what stage (veg or flower) you are in. The plant is starving but needs very little n and more pk in flower.

Watering tech is wrong. - In veg plants benefit from stretching the wet dry cycle but in flower mode the soil should stay moist at all times. Buds always grow slowly but more so when the plants run out of steam from weak soil or lack of nutes.

I think members emilya and farside05 both have links to homemade nutes which would probably beat the 20-20-20 stuff you currently have. For example worm castings are a great source of N, so is blood meal but bloodmeal can easily burn plants whereas the worm poop does not. There is a recipe for the homemade cal-mag which you will need too. Mostly you need the low N but higher PK for flower mode along with the cal mag.

Some corners can be cut and cheap is ok but just as a general rule most of the fertilizer or nutrient stuff in the big box lawn / garden / home improvement type stores are not well suited for this crop. Sure some of the soil products are ok but most here use specialized gear. Most use local grow shop or online services to source supplies.

Do a search on here for those 2 and check out their links down near signature line

Best of luck to you!

cant it be a nute lockout? This peat already has added nutes to it.
The plant got nutrient burn at first.
