what cfl bulb to get to start a clone off

im looking to start my clone off on a cfl then eventually move it outdoors does anyone have any recommendations or a link to amazon uk with what i would need?

You can just go into a shop & buy any Cfl bulb rated at 30 "real" watts or above (100 Watt equivalent)
