Definitely you can 
maybe wait a bit for the side branches to grow to the size useful for cloning, then it will be fine,, nice looking plant too,, cheers
It wont hurt but that is too young to be worth it. Give it a few days. When you clone you want the branch you take to have a few (more like 4 nodes or so) itself. So you need some leggy branches for good clones.
That said we all have cloned a single node. It is totally easy and fine to do just way better to clone a real branch.
