Plant stopped growing

Hey all , My lady is almost 50 days old from seed , stopped growing almost entirly aroundbday 25 .
leaf are clawed downward , newest growth is yellow , everything belown is dark green .
shes in soil , 400 wat duelspectrum ph is around 6.5 everytime , 2 time feed then water and back again .
I let her dry betweem watering .
help please ?

Clawing with yellowing at new growth sounds like nitrogen overdose.
