It's perfectly fine, it's just creating more leaves instead of growing tall, I guess you've got your light pretty close because it doesn't look like it needs to reach for it. Keep it like that, you don't want a tall skinny plant, more of a tall bushy plant so raise your lights slowly every week or 2
