Can I pot these up or are they rootbound? I had to wait 2 weeks for bigger pots/fabric pot....

I’m astonished at the difference today ! It’s amazing what time can do...Awesome .

Topped them all again today so will roughly have 8/9/10 tops each .... I might top the side branches next week when this top recovers .
