Nutrient deficiency, toxicity, or something else?

About 3 week old seedling moved from hydro to soil started seeing problems and just switched it back to hydro. Was using about 1 tbsp of each from the flora trio and just made the new solution about 50/50 with fresh 6.2 ph water. I'm assuming this was nitrogen toxicity because I was feeding it with the nutrient water when it was in soil. First two leaves turned yellow and no more. The 50/50 I'm mixing 1 tbsp. of the micro/grow/bloom.

50/50?
1 to 2ml per gal would be acceptable.
