Yes I do. I noticed about 10% increase in growth when I started using it. Good to know DocBud I will try and refrain from experimenting.

You might want to consider going 12/12 from seed to keep them small so they don't get too big for the wattage you have.

Yeah spiders are good for your garden. I never kill spiders in my basement cause if they are there they are eating bugs and most likely it is not bugs you want around your grow.

Yeah what they said < the bigger the pots the better. They won't need to be watered as much or fed as much which is a good thing < less for you too mess up.
