1st grow - G13 for medicinal - closet grow

Okay... sorry, Ive' been real stoned a lot lately.

I received 11.69 oz thoroughly dried. This was from two plants of Green House Seeds Train Wreck in a SCRoG. I was just hoping for half that.

Anyway, they are vacuum packed and tucked away in a very dark place. I used the Pump N Seal and I highly recommend it.

Pump and Seal food saver vacuum sealer is better than Tilia FoodSaver

Now for the G13 Haze, which is actually now my second grow.

Barney's G13 Haze ....8 of 10 germinated

*** soaked seeds overnight in distilled water with a drop of Super Thrive moved to plate with wet papertowels. Once the tips came out approx 1/4", sowed into Solo cups.

*** germinated in Fafard Seed Starter (sphagnum peat/perlite/vermiculite) using germinating heating mat and Solo cups covered with Saran Wrap

SOIL RECIPE

1 cu.ft. bag Fafard Potting Soil (McDonalds Organic Mix)<--local
nursery
4 qts Perlite (1/2 of 8 qt bag)
1 cup pulverized Dolomitic Lime
1/4 cup Espoma Bio Tone Starter Plus
1/8 cup Espomoa Rose Tone


FOLIAR SPRAY

- Liquid Kelp 1 tsp/qt
*** apply often after 2nd week thru 3rd week of flower
- Neem Oil 3/4 tsp/qt with a few drops of liquid soap to emulsify
*** apply once a week (in warmer weather) after 3rd
week thru 2nd week of flower as preventative
measure
- Epsom Salts (Mg) 1/2 tsp per qt
*** apply as needed - frequently during first few weeks
- Fish Emulsion 1/2 tsp/qt
***apply as needed - frequently during first few weeks

NUTES

- Fox Farms Feeding Schedule (started 1/2 strength after 2nd week)
- Blackstrap Molasses (no sodium & un-sulfured) start after 3rd
week - 1tsp gal every watering
- Kelp 1/4 tsp per gal per week after discontinuing foliar
- Shultz Bloom Plus 1/4 - 1/2 tsp per gal (substituted for FF solubles)

*** keep EC < 1.7
*** maintain soil PH @ 6.5 to 6.8
*** stop all nutes 1 week before harvest - continue molasses
every watering - no water last two days -
total darkness 1 day prior to harvest


from the Solo cups, I transplanted into 3 gal nursery containers. Once the plants showed sex with preflowers, transplanted into 5 gal container.

Currently 5 girls and one unknown, already terminated two boys.

So far two boys have been terminated in preflower, I have one unknown. The unknown was transplanted at the same time as the five confirmed girls. I am going to veg probably another week, maybe two.
