600W LED First Time Grower

Hello 420 family..
I'm gonna grow cannabis for the first time..
As it is strictly illegal here i have to be really cautious..1g can get you 6 to 10 years prison..
Here in my country there isn't any strain and we can buy seed online or whatever we have only one strain here brought from indian immigrants long long time ago when they first discover this country..so we got our one and only strain who adapted to the country climate..
Here is my setup..
1 Cross dresser
1 600w led bought from Ali express
2 local no name strain or we can say Mauritian Ganjah
I got no fan for the time being and i'm growing in coco noir mix with perlite as i read its faster than soil growing..
I started the 2 seedling outdoors oh i forgot i got the grains from a bag of weed bought as here there isn't sensimilla and you will ñever taste a fully ready plant as people are too afraid of authority so they cut down as soon as it stars to do white seed and 1 or 2 black seeds...so i started the seedling outdoor and now i count it as week 1 of veg...

I need help one of my babies is looking really droopy i don't know why..
HELP PLEASE anyone got an idea..

How often are you watering, may be over watering. Indoors especially, you have to let soil dry out good before watering again. Cannabis likes a wet/dry cycle, the soil has to dry out to allow roots to get oxygen.

If you can post a pic in natural light we can see the plant better, the blurple light makes it hard to diagnose problems.

I am watering only when i feel first inch of soil dry..is it ok?

Yea looks like over watering to me, some strains can be pretty finicky when it comes to watering. Let her dry out good, it will take her a little bit to recover. When I was in soil I would burry index finger to the knuckle and when I pulled it back out if I seen moist soil then I would wait. You will figure it out with experience.

I wouldn’t cut anything right now cause it may stress her even more, it can take a week or so for one to bounce back from over watering so just letting her dry out good would be best imo, good luck and I hope she bounces back fast for you.
