Hey guys a friend of mine is having some trouble with a seedling that is just not growing very much at all. Ill give you a run down of his set up also show you some pictures. Ill explain the steps he has been taking any feedback is greatly appreciated.

The strain is a Barneys Farm Blue Cheese Autoflower ( as the title reads ).
Growing medium - Thcpro(brandname) coco coir with perlite with i believe cal/mag already added.
Growing in quite a large tent unsure of measurements
Light- 600watt Full Spectrum Led (actual watts 100) ill attach a photo
Has a green fingers 6 inch extraction fan w/ filter. Also a seahawk clip can i think it is.
Nutrients- professors original a+b

*Plant is 16 days old*

So the plant is just not growing much at all and looks very unhappy. The fan is blowing on it quite aggressively which im wondering if is having a negative effect on the plant. My friend also tells me that he keeps the coco very wet watering everyday and lets the pot sit in a saucer full of water. The light is probably about 30-40cm away from the plant. Only just fed the plant nutrients today as was afraid it was too small but now starting to believe it may be the reason why it isnt growing. Only fed it 1/4 strength of bottle instructions. Here are a few photos
