Looks like trichomes to me. Some plants can do that and are awesome for using to make hash or whatever else with trimmings. I have had my Ice and THC plants do that. I wish I could get a clone of your plant you lucky dog

If you can wipe off the bubbles with your finger, like water, it is the natural act of Transpiration.

If not, then likely trichomes as CO mentioned.

Wow, I was thinking some nasty little bug colony must be creeping along on the undersides of the leaves and causing that. Scale or something.

I thought the same, but underside of leaves are 100% normal

I have that happen with my Autoflowers, usually with-in the first 30-45 minutes after lights come back on. They are resperating so hard that it condensates on the leaves surface below. Like breathing out your mouth onto a mirror.
