Gonna send an update in 1 week.

in other time, i'm trying to get a schedule for the nuts, did someone has one?

Ph for dwc is 5.8 to 6.1 tops
Danger zone is 5.5 and 6.5 mate.
If you get the nute strength right it should be going in at 5.5- 5.7 for veg.
Then 6.3- 6.5 in bloom.

If the ph of the Res drops in veg or rises in bloom then youre doing it wrong.

The pH should naturally rise during veg and naturally drop during bloom .

It's partly to do with root secretions and partly to do with the drop in PPM levels as the plant feeds.

If the PPM is rising, that means the mix is getting stronger because the plant can't feed properly.
that in turn will reverse the natural direction of the pH swing .

And that my friends is why so many people get this wrong :)

First person to post that chart is getting destroyed mwahahahahahah

Hahaha I'm off to bed folks. Seriously minced so don't take me too seriously lol :)
Ninite troops :)

OK so if I understand, my pH should rise in veg and down in bloom?

but when you feed, the pH will decrease ?

so you're danger zone of 5.5 and 6.5, what does it means ?

I always read that the pH should never be upper than 6 ?

what is the perfect range for veg and bloom instead ?

if my pH is droping in veg, what I do wrong ?
Barney is telling you what to look for ...are you watching your ec/ppm/tds ? if so what are they and what nutrients are you using ?

@Barney86 ….."Man I know I have those charts around here somewhere " lol :passitleft:

like I said, I use Flora Series (hydro general).

my ppm is around 360

my bad I did not read that post . Is it steady ? If not which way is it swinging and by how much ? Also when you say your ph dropping how bad is the drift ...meaning from what to what and in how long a time frame .

my pH is steady, around 5.6 - 5.8. I keep it to 5.8 but after 3-4 days, its raises up or go down, depends if I nuts or no.

I have a drop like .3 or .4 max.

I've checked my pH today, passes from 5.8 to 5.73

the PPM passes from 360 to 310.

what am I doing wrong ?

I would not be concerned with that kind of ph movement . As its very minute keep checking it daily to see which way it drifts along with your ppm …the drop indicates feeding ..how much did your water level go down ?

maybe approx 1 L / day

the minimim time of veg is 4 week? I suppose there is no "perfect time" for switching to flo?
