I wouldn't know about bottled waters pH. A cheaper way would be to just buy a packet of pH paper strips (they are pretty cheap) and use those to check you tap waters pH levels. If your pH is too 'basic' which is 7-14 on the pH scale you can use lemon juice mixed in with your water to bring the pH down to 6-6.8.
