@Virgin ground , I found a hippo for you, excuse the #hashtags...haha

Awesome smeegol...
See that American chick, shooting that girafe? Heard she tried to get it back to America, not sure how that went...

Sadly we have a lot of " trophy hunters " that we see come through here, the worst is some just leave the whole body and just take the " head " wasting all that food... Gutting as I believe the USA ( Tump ) has recently allowed trophy kills or reinstated the allowance of such laws..

Feel sorry for the Brits as he's visiting them at the moment.

That's what I was thinking. I'd never seriously consider "joking" about sleeping with another man's wife, either. Unless... you know... I was feeling particularly suicidal.

Maybe if, in the history of cannabis cultivation, no one had ever suffered being ripped off by f*cking thieves, I'd feel differently.

IDK, maybe I'm in the minority here? But, if so, the fact that everyone I personally know in "the real world" who grows, has grown, or thinks they might ever grow in the future happens to be in the same minority... must just be a whopping big coincidence, I guess  .
Come on,TS, i was joking man. No need to get pissed at me. Sorry if there`s no humour allowed:oops:

That's where I was coming from... everything's funny, unless/ untill your the joke, lol....
About somebody's Mrs? I thought that's what the talk to the hand comment was inferring  I was going to thank for the reminder  I might even buy my pinky a drink :rofl:
HA HA HA HA HA

I also had the pleasure of living in the USA for 5 years prior to my move to the UK but I don't join in on my own country's politics as they " all " seem to work for the same master no matter which country you're from.

Great pics, scares the shit out of me!! I`ll stick to cows and horses and sheep, thank you very much!!

I agree cows, horses and sheep any day.. Ever rugby tackled a sheep, buggers are agil and tackle back these days or at least it feels like it...haha

ANTIFA... are those the guys who go around removing parts of pot plants to cause confusion and disrupt our beautiful righteous society? I knew there were mysterious dark forces at work here- glad we know who to blame now.
at least it made for an interesting thread. Good humour too.

I don't think any amount of clean underwear would bring me near that, I'd rather carry on with the lions and crap I have here in south africa thank you very much...haha

Cats of ALL sizes, man... IMHO, they're all (potentially, at least) 100 pounds of violence in a 25-pound sack, lol. I was reading about one wild cat, wasn't huge. I think it was the serval. Article stated they kill pit vipers (stun it with what might be the fastest paw-strike in the world, then calmly bite its throat out).

Dangerous reptiles... We expect them to be dangerous. Medium-sized wild cats? "Oh, look, how cute! I wonder whether it'll go after a rodent, a rabbit, or--<SCREAMS and BLEEDS>"

EDIT: BtW, Smeegol's avatar picture gives me the willies ;) .

I'll hunt for meat without ever having an internal moral argument (or at least I did when I could see well enough to have a presumption of clean kills; these days it's more like harvesting the small game that insists on self-delivering meat to my back yard). By extension, if I was starving, a "Critically Endangered" classification wouldn't even get noticed. Something attacks me, loved ones, or really just (unprovoked) a random stranger, I'll help put it down.

But I've never even considered hunting as the means of providing wall-art. That tends to p!ss me off in general. Maybe my general upbringing, maybe it was how I was taught when learning to hunt as a child, or maybe that's just how I was wired "from the factory," IDK.

Feel sorry for the Brits as he's visiting them at the moment.

He sure didn't read "Etiquette Around Her Majesty the Queen Mother" before his trip  . One hesitates to say, "Blood and breeding tells," but he could have been replaced with any half-drunken unemployed (and, perhaps, unemployable) day-laborer, and the social gaffes would not have been worse. At a guess, it probably would have been better, had that been the case. At least he didn't pat her on the head and/or ask her to fetch him a bottle. (Or was that edited out <GASP!>?)

I guess all that paled next to the photo and @ss-kissing event between him and Putin. There must be money in that relationship. Or fear. Someone who didn't know any better (like... you know... ME) might be wondering what the Russians have on the guy. I did see some kind of click-bait link on my phone, the title of which stated that Trump's own ghostwriter said that he'd been a Russian asset for 20 years or something like that. I didn't view the article (again, click-bait), but it did cause me to start wondering (more).

Come on,TS, i was joking man. No need to get pissed at me. Sorry if there`s no humour allowed:oops:

Yeah, I get that you were joking. I was assuming that to be the case to begin with. I personally felt it to be off-color in the extreme, but that's my opinion and, hey, this is ME typing; I've stepped on the ol' crank so many times in my life that it ought to be flat by now. So my urge wasn't to call you names (I hope I didn't call you names) or the like. But I did give my opinion on the matter, from my perspective. And that was based on... having learned what kind of jokes will get one's arse kicked if one insists on telling them at the local bar after midnight ;) .

If we put plants on land not our own (public land), they're really anyone's plants, and I understand that. OtOH, returning to a site and finding that one (or more!) has been pinched, it doesn't tend to fill a person with kind thoughts.

And I set a couple out this year. With my mobility (etc.) less than even my normal optimum, they weren't exactly in a location that a person would have had to parachute in to - but they were hidden, with NO trail (no broken branches/twigs/etc.). They were in containers, but they were getting some moisture from the site and would have continued to do so barring drought conditions. They disappeared last week.

Could have been worse. They wouldn't have produced much, and I really only did it so I'd be able to say that I grew something even if I didn't pull my thumb out and get the indoor thing going again, or if some sort of disaster strikes <KNOCKS ON WOOD> or I end up homeless <DITTO> . So it was no great loss, just highly annoying. A good friend of mine... He once harvested what was on track to be three or four pounds. It was drying in a "protected outdoor location." He lost all of it.

The original comment isn't one that I envision spending any future time thinking about. It's in the past (as far as I'm concerned).

I will mention - because it popped into my mind, just now - that I was doing a web search on some bit of cannabis knowledge a while back and ended up reading a thread at another forum. Anyway, the OP was asking questions about his harvest, he was worried about something or other. Guy had just joined that forum to ask his questions. Someone posted back that they couldn't tell from the pictures/description and would really need to sample it. Told the newbie to post his address so the guy could come by and "take a look at the harvest." OP did! (Quickly edited away by the staff, apparently.) You really never can tell whether your audience is filled with hapless newbies, experts (/"experts"), people who'll gently move a spider out of their home instead of squashing it, or the "bear trap and punji stick" crowd. While I'm about as far from being politically "correct" as can be, I'm thinking that it might be helpful to at least consider the audience's perspective. And, yes, I'm guilty of failing to do so from time to time.

Anyway, no worries.

Trump didn't do any wrong... Inbreeding etiquette... Queen.. what a fucking joke.. 2018, Kings and Queens and treat me different cause I'm better than you... No your not.... Respect and civility to all, rest is for show or ones own ego... What a freaking joke the socialist mafia i mean media is...

good morning mr.Soul, " 100 pounds of violence in a 25 pound sack " I couldn't of stated that better myself..
In regards to the serval that is a true mention as I've heard that from many years ago, in the farmers circle here in town you hear of " house reared cats " that have opened a can of whoop ass on snakes..
My avatar gave you the willies, I'll take that one thankyou..lol

Hunting for wall art or carpet art is wrong in so many ways, if it is providing much needed food then the matter of art leaves a tasteful taste in my mouth. But I dislike art of that kind irrespective, doe sent tickle the feel good in me..

I can only guess as to what notions that fellow entertains in his thoughts, but he would be the only person who would try and pat the queen on the head. " So whose been a good girl today Queeny " followed by " I apologise if I've offended you and could you get me a bottle of water on your stately way out of the door mum ".

Sad that folk will take advantage of someone else's vegetation, even the males get pinched here at home, the closest unseeded bud is a 4hr round trip if I'm out, you can buy males to smoke if you not wary.

top o the morning to mr.Wald, what's good for the gander is good for the goose I believe they say. Sadly it's the " commoners " that commoners that aren't blinkered by that saying, respect and civility play the biggest role. They say love makes the world go round, but money makes it spin.

gentlemen a pleasure it is to converse with you all, a pleasant day/evening to you all.
