a 400w HPS kit, or LED equivalent, if you're after an ounce per plant

I'd have to say go for far more than 1 oz. with a 400w HPS bulb and fixture. You might hit the wall at 14 oz. but at least try out a few of the topping methods to improve your yield above a single oz.

If your not wanting to spend so much on lighting, a nice T-5 HO fixture might just be your ticket to a good harvest. It'll serve you well even if in the future you spring for the HPS kit.

Google "400w HPS walmart" LOL I about died. But just about any hydroponics place should have what you need for around 3 bills.
