When I lived at home I just always smoked with my friends and never had to buy. I moved away a couple years ago and my grass flow has been slow. everyonce in awhile a friend of a friend can hook me up, but its never reliable or often, any tips on how to find a dealer and the proper protocols with that. I am not experienced in buying or holding at all. alright thanks so much!
