Is it time to harvest? Amnesia Haze - Week 19 Day 131

I have two Amnesia Haze auto's which are at week 19 day 131.
I have been flushing them with distilled water only for 2 weeks
Do you think that they are ready for harvest? This is my first grow.

The pistils are white and brown. Should I wait or cut down this week?
If I wait too long does the THC decrease or? Can I over harvest? As in wait to long?

Since this is your first grow, you need to take a test bud, dry it for a couple days, then smoke it. It will be harsh because it is not cured, but you can judge its potency. If it isn't what you want, wait another week.

If you can get ahold of a 40X magnifying glass, take a look at the tricomes. If they are clear, wait. If they are cloudy they are in the early harvest stage. If you see some amber trics, they are most likely ready.

A third way you can judge when they are ready is to judge the percentage of brown hairs. Some people go with about 75% (early), some wait till 90% brown hairs. It's going to be by experience, and what you prefer in your test smoke.

Bottom line, only you can tell when they are ready. It's up to what kind of high you ar looking for, because trics do change chemical composition over time, even during cure, which is why the smoke gets mellower after a month or so of cure.

That is a very logic response thanks. I'll cut a bud , dry it and test it out in a few days.
