Since you are troubleshooting I suggest you do one thing at a time. You said you were going to first flush and then add nutes. I would follow lab's advice instead and just do a flush til runoff matches what you put in, then wait til soil is dry again, then do another analysis.

Those look beautiful bro. I am not sure you have a ton of time to correct any deficiencies at this point in flower.

I would say a top dressing of worm castings or some fresh potting soil would be just what your plant would need to finish to its fullest potential.

Well not really sure what may have been the cause of the deficiency but here we are coming along and ready to come down in 3 days
