A CFL bulb works great for this pick one that is bright white colour and it will be much better for checking plant health and it's good for pics too

Yes sorry I've been pretty busy and haven't updated in awhile. My girls are still alive and everything seems to be going well for my first time! I am approaching harvest on one of them! I will try and get some pics together and do a better update soon! Thanks for checking up on me!
