I started my first grow in a 4x4 tent. 1 nl auto in 3 gal pot.soil ffof bottom 1/3, ffof,happy frog, light warrior 2nd 1/3 and top 1/3 light warrior. Have 1 150w 6500k in reflector hanging overhead, and 1 23w in reflectors in each corner pointed at plant 2 are 2700 and 2 are 6500.top light is about 2' above plant and corner lights are about the same 2' away is this sufficient or overkill?

Way underlit IMO. Aim for at least 600 watts in that space, and your lights can be way closer. The small cfls can be a couple inches away. Not sure about the 150 watt as I've never used one, but my 600 watt hps lights are 12" away. Aim for about 50 watts per square foot

"equivalent wattage" would be in the case of LED's i believe, for CFL and HID, the listed wattage is what you want to go by.
4x 23W + 1x 150W = 242W
242W / 16 square feet = 15.125 watts per square foot. You're gonna want about 2-4 times the amount of light
I'm running a 600w HPS / 16 sqft = 37.5 w/sqft and am looking into adding about 200w more myself to make 50w/sqft, so, take that for what its worth.

Increased lighting, now have 4-23w 2700k in reflectors, 4-23w 6500k in reflectors around the plant and 1-125w 6500k in reflector hanging over top. Added humidifier to maintain 60% was only 27% before, was cycling with lights but just changed to constant. Added fan also to circulate air 24/7.

I am using ffocean forest in the bottom 1/3 of 3 gal, ocean forest/happy frog/light warrior 2/3 and light warrior on top 1/3 all mixed with pearlite and lime. I read on bontastics journal not to feed until week 7 but he was using ocean forest all the way through and said it is pretty hot. Added humidifier to maintain60% and a fan for circulation. They recommend feeding at 2 weeks. I don't know if I should start feeding or wait. Also when do I top the plant. I uploaded photos to the gallery but they aren't approved yet
