When you asked about switching to hps because temps are 18-20C, what are the res temps like? Although it may seem like a good idea, it the hps heats up the room and the res gets warm, you're going to have all sorts of issues. Check water temp first before making changes to environment I say . plants look great so far though

So yeah as long as the res doesn't get above about 24C you should be safe ..

Sweet yeah temps ect all there on diary and I have a radiator on also to get the current temps, or it would be 10c lol, my idea was to turn off the radiator run the hps should give me pretty much the same and then run the radiator at lights of to keep temps just 5c lower than lights on if poss and thanks mate they are looking good and starting to smell beautiful peace man and thanks for input peace

Hi guys and girls .,

I have finally got my hps set up on 18/6 and yes for vegging as I wouldn't dream of flipping yet maybe just over a week more and see where I'm at, how long would you peeps say for flipping to flower,

I have got the radiator of and hps when lights go out radiator will come on should be perfect we will see, also I'm convinced the yellow tips is defiency not nute burn, my water is soft and doesn't read any EC so I'm going to get some Epsom salt, heard this clears yellow tips on new growth, so will do that next to see if it solves it,

Anyways some calmag would probably make a world of difference. Do you know of the snoop nutes contain it? If they do, as you said Epsom salts will work.

Alright thanks I was thinking there not going to be big enough in a week def not, also I hate why seed companies and nutes charts say veg for 2 weeks from seed more like 2 months haha,

I'm going start LST who thinks it would be good idea to put scrog net in or is that better avoided if they haven't been topped a couple times? Really interested in people's opinions on that one peace guys

Scrog nets can be troublesome with dwc buckets unless portable or mounted to the container. Go get a pack of the damage-free plastic hanging hooks and put them on the bucket lid. LST is the way to go.

Will avoid the scrog on this one as I'm getting to grips with dwc but I love to LST and lolly pop them so we should be good just sticking at that now thanks bud peace

Fresh pics guys taken just moments ago enjoy, do more of a right up when I'm not shattered lol .

The last pic doesn't have much roots at all compared to the others maybe a slow goer lol I did lower it a bit and I notice it was droopy today so it wasn't getting the water . so I topped it up that also helped knocked down the EC back to 0.4 0.6 again so all good there, Epsom salt tomorrow, now that should pic but up now it can drink lol, peace guys off to smoke some lemon . just finished work peace

Hi peeps ., been really busy and didn't get much reply from my last post so kind of not been posting, had a air pump blow new ones amazing compared, also had made a mistake somewhere and ended up with ph of 1.8 - 2.0 quickly rectified both problems before any issues, here's some pics

PH 5.5 - 6.5 and I don't let it go higher than 6.5 ever! Lol

I regret to inform you all due to lack of interest in my grow and the time I take out the do photos and write ups I am removing it from 420 magazine, and posting it elsewhere as I'm only here for the people but it seems no one here cares anymore so sorry I've made my decision to remove it, i ask direct question and been ignored but at the same time I get hundreds of notification of you all comment on other grows not sure who I pissed off or whatever but just ain't feeling the love from 420 anymore compared to other site.

First of all, the report should be something for you, so that you can learn something from it and then for the others, or do you need constant applause? For weeks, your plant is growing, that will take a while to post real news and we'll applaud you for that. Otherwise, I find your run interesting and would be happy about new photos. If not, then I have to make myself happy with my own grow

Lol, feeling just a little entitled are we.

Firstly, your journal is a record for you to enjoy and refer back to for future grows, not something we lay awake at night for, waiting for picture updates of early veg plants.

Secondly, if you want people to sub up and follow your journal you need to participate in others journals. Just a quick look back at your posts shows you've made 1 post in another journal this month and only 5 to date this year. No one is ignoring you, its just that no one knows your out there. Get involved in the community and others will respond. This is on you, not on everyone else.

Lastly, don't regret to inform us of anything, your journal hasn't produced anything earth shattering, and you don't spend any more time than the rest of us to do photos and write ups.

I'm sure all of us would prefer to see you stay here but if you continue to blame others for your shortfalls then maybe its better you move on. Good luck either way.

I apologise people maybe I was venting we all do something we all crave a little attention I suppose I just enjoy talking to people not going anywhere and it is for me to keep diary but also to share, I did ask some questions in an earlier post was complete ignored but I'm over it will upload some pics right now imaging on the 420 app isn't working so will do it in later peace

I will echo what Scrogdawg said. You cant expect folks to participate in your journal when you dont participate in other peoples journals.

I have been here, watching and reading, providing support when I can. I grow in soil, not DWC, so I cant offer advice on DWC issues. This is also my first grow, so I cant assist in problem solving plant health issues either.

Yeah of course and I do where I can but with work kids and the grow sometime don't get time but giving more of an effort still got ignored when asking question but I guess it's my issues to deal with and I'm capable just like asking other people's opinion but I appreciate everyone here it's all good.
