Mars Hydro TSW3000 distance and dimmer settings

Hey,

I am really new into LED growing and I have some questions regarding the distance and the dimmer settings of my new Mars Hydro TSW3000.
i am growing in a 1x1x2m tent in an Autopot-System with Coco and correls.
I will use clones of a Gorilla Glue mama.
I can’t find any informations about the correct distance and dimmer settings in the different stages of the plants. The instructions are very simple and I think they do it with 100% dimmer and just change the distance between the lights and the plants.
Are there any recommendations??

TS-3000 Hanging Height:​

Based on the light intensity readings provided by Mars Hydro, you should hang the light at the following heights during each plant growth stage, at 100% power:

Seedling: 36 inches

Vegetative and full life for autoflowers: 30 inches

Flowering: 20 – 24 inches

As for dimmer setting normally 25-30 % for seedlings, early veg 30 - 50 %, veg 50 -100 %, flower 85 -100%. Roughly.

thank you very much for your support.
I’ve seen the 100% power instructions by just changing the heights.
So you also wrote different percentages for different stages. But what heights if I would use the dimmer settings??

Yeah, if I will find time I do a grow report.
