My First Grow In 35 Years: Photo Clones To Be Picked Up On 8/18/2020

followed Mr Sauga's advice for snapping the stems and turning them down
lol, snapping seems so rough. I use the round edge of a bic lighter rolling it up and down the area I want to bend. Then you can feel the fibers start to crush and you guide it down into position. Try and bend the stem somewhere that it's not blocking bud sites when she lays flat.

Appreciate all the help and advice

Woke up this AM and all the bud sites are looking good after yesterdays stress she went through. Every single bud site has turned towards the light so hopefully she will survive the weekend, lol

I have noticed even the heaviest tieing or stress of any type just makes them stronger on the other side, such an amazingly resilient plant

Day 8 Of Flowering, everything appears to be just fine. Question, I am running Fox Farms Ocean mix with perlite and a little cocoa coir mixed in. I have fed her a little every day is this too much?
General Organics Go Box nutrients

As you know today was the day I was supposed to pick up some clones but obviously things changed with a rescue taken in. Today is day 10 in flower and she is responding and feeding well. Picked up a Portable 12,000BTU AC unit so i can dial in colder temps mimicking an outdoor grow with temps (70-72) during my 12 off. Will see how this works for terpene & trichome production in the end after cure. Other than that trudging along at a steady pace with this photo period. After this I will be planting 9 GG4 auto fem (420) seeds for my next grow instead of clones.

So I have been having heat fluctuations in my tent and for the life of me I couldn't figure it out. Finally took a closer look at my Dehumidifier (Toshiba 50 L) I noticed the side exhaust pushing out hot air when it cycled on. So in my infinite stoned geek wisdom I decided to make my own exhaust vent for my dehumidifier! Purchased a register box which was 12"x6"x6" Round (Perfect Size) I am going to mount it to the side of my dehumidifier and vent it outside the tent! Voila ;) :slide:

Questions On Germination of my 420 auto fem seeds?

I have these Products in photos below to germinate my 420 auto seeds growing in organic plugs in a propagation tray with T5 light and heating mat.

1) Wet pod and place seed in hole and break off small piece off bottom of pod and put over seed.
2) Place dome over pods with T5 light.

And this is where my mind is stuck? Should i germinate my seed first in water till the shell breaks then place in grow plug under 24 hour light?

Can any of you seasoned indoor growers with Auto's give me a foolproof way with what i have?

Here's a link that will cover most of what you need to know. I couldn't find a good enough tutorial here so it's on another site.

Thank you very much

Woke up this morning and had to take down a branch that was literally dying, just one branch was completely dead this morning? Everything else looks marvelous yet this one branch? Any help would be greatly appreciated as i made an executive decision to not let it bring down the rest of the plant considering she is in her 20th day of flower today.

After closer inspection of the branch it had a split going vertical up and down the stem about 8 inches? I have no clue how in the heck this happened but it's removed and yes the rest of the plant still looks amazing...
