Not much you can do, you could try and pick off all the nanners you can find, but more than likely, you will still get some seeds. Not the end of the world, the smoke will still be good, just a little more work to smoke.

Just to be safe spray the plant with a bottle mister and then pluck, just incase any of the banners have active pollen the water will disable it for safe removal....good luck
Being as you are close to week 9 my recommendation is to pick out any open male flowers if it is easy to get to them. Otherwise no point in worrying about it. When it comes to male flowers at the top of the large main 'colas' there is a good chance that you will be harvesting before any of the seeds ripen enough to be noticeable when grinding up the buds.
As @Phytoplankton mentions you might find a few seeds from any 'bananas' that have already released pollen or from any you might miss. The misting with water that @HappyHazmat88 recommends will help reduce the chance of a random seed from any male flower you might miss or not be able to get to.
