Narrow root-stem boundary

Today I spotted something strange on my seedling. At the boundary of stem and root there's a narrow point as you can see on the picture I added. Could there be a problem with that?

Is she still upright? I would just build up some soil around the stem for support and you wont even notice it.

I've not seen that, but it looks like the root sticking up out of the soil. I'd just back-fill with a little light soil and keep on keeping on.

That's what it looks like. I can't believe that baby's still standing in that pic for how thin that stem looks at the base and the length of the stem.. she wants to live!!!

Narrow stem just below soil surface?
I have a similar thing on a just over 2 weeks old, it could be something I never noticed before and totally natural. I just pushed soil up and around the stem and covered the soil with aloe gel best I could. I didnt get a good picture of it

Maybe I never moved the soil near the stem before?? prolly..
