Need help can’t tell if under or over water NL

Well I guess it’s about time something else goes wrong had a few weeks of smooth sailing but upon inspection today and tying down branches I noticed I either had an intruder or there still is an intruder. Missing chunks of leaves on inner growth. I did my first line of defense by laying down mosquito bits and misting them with water to activate them since I have had good success with controlling fungus gnats in the past but there are no signs of gnats at all but who knows. When lights go out today I will do a foliage spray of insecticide soap. If any one has any clue what critter it may be and how to wipe out the problem before it affects the whole plant please let me know!

I believe it is fungus gnats now since I seen one when I moved the plant out to natural light. If that’s the case the mosquito bits will take care of them and I’ll do a foliar spray of neem oil on them at lights out and I hung up yellow sticky traps

Can anyone shed any light on what those little specks on the leaves are that are circled with red is that mold?

Well the two spots that were affected the most i snipped off just in case there was any thing still living on it and the plant got a healthy dosage of insecticidal soap sprayer under the leaves and on top and also a misting across the soil hopefully that will help fix things I only saw signs of one fungus gnats so hopefully it wasn’t out of control yet the mosquito bits should take care of any problems in the soil just wish I remembered to add mosquito bits when I transplanted into the bigger pot. Oh well hopefully that is the only bug involved and not mites or anything else

Explains why I was starting to get an odor already too hopefully it’s a good sign to come I’ll keep monitoring for further leaf destruction but from what I can tell there aren’t any critters in there anymore it was old growth so maybe at one point I had something in there and just didn’t notice

Well my one week trip wound up being a two week trip away from my girl. Was not prepared for that long so all she got was water. Had some growth but not to much. I’m assuming because she hasn’t been fed in over 3 weeks. Had quite a few leaves turn yellow while gone. Hopefully tomorrow I can get in there and clean her up and get her fed. Atleast she is still alive lol @Emilya

Pictures from this morning let me know what you think @Emilya I did a slight defoliation since a lot of the leaves were covering my shoots.

Well she is looking good today. I did a foliar spray of epsom salt/water yesterday as my soil is still moist from the previous watering while I was away for work. I’m hoping tomorrow I can feed her nutes and in two weeks switch to flower. I will update with pics later today

Sorry for the Blurple picture I did just order two new lights so can’t wait to get them. I was away for 2 weeks so my plant watcher only had given water while I was gone. Today I gave her a full dose of nutes tied her down again and lowered my light a couple inches. She responded real good and started growing towards the light real fast after I tied her down. Here’s a pic of tying down this morning and a pic from this evening

your leaf tips are being burnt touching the sides of the fabric pot when watered , its like a heavy foliar feed :) (in a way )
Yea it should be better now I was away at sea for 2 weeks so I had a sitter trying to keep it alive. They had a few hiccups while I was gone but it’s alive and I will continue to keep close watch

Well got my new Mars hydro lights hooked up and running at 75% at about 20 inches from top of the canopy I may lower it so more but want to see how she reacts first. So nice not being blinded by purple now!

Well new lights=new growth many of the shoots have made their way through the net over night. I tied her down some more this morning, and I believe this will be my final tie down. She’s been in veg for about 8 weeks and I have learned a lot by not rushing and taking my time. I think after my next watering which should be beginning of this coming week sometime I will make the flip to flower. She is looking more healthy than she ever has.

Question to for all of you that have been watching and helping. During the veg period I’ve only had to water or feed once a week about a gallon at a time. When I make the flip to flower will she drink more often? Or should she stay about the same.
