LOL I just ordered so seeds from 420 and I just posted about the light I will need. I did myself a science project just to see how I did. I say "it", I say it bc I believe its a hermi due to low lights and stress of me learning. But I got the seed out a bag of smoke

. I'm gonna start a journal I think, I made a set of lights for it too, along with my mars hydro reflector. I'll put all the info for my grow and some pics up too over the next few days, hopefully some people can let me know what they think of the setup, and maybe mentor me while I journey through this exciting adventure! 
Great job, just a suggestion a lite defoil will expose more places for branches to grow out of. Or leaf tucking will allow light to get to them. I don't defoil a lot but only in veg especially during training. Then you can get a bush from a Xmas tree shape. But beautiful start to your LST. Welcome to 420! I noticed a couple of things as I was looking at your photos...first off the lights are too far away from such a young plant...you might want to start with some CFL lights as seedlings (you can keep the lights pretty close to them) and gradually transition to HPS or LED lights.I got them out a bag of green I bought lol. Before I invested I thought I should get some training. Bc when it came to a green thumb I kill everything. Ao I was hoping it would turn into something but if not I had the experience and some confidence going in. I just ordered some "beans" from 420. Some fem" blueberry". But I want my lights to be right too! Since I realized I can do it. I really did learn a lot getting this far. Its like 14 inches. So if you dont mind, I have another question. I am really just in to growing for myself bc where I moved to the weather is nice but the bud is not! So my goal here is to just have 2 max. So of course I want the big yeld so I don't have to worry about getting it from anyone else and the cost.
So I need a light ( and I am a girl ). And I dont know much about them plan to use my closet ( smell not a problem) I saw a light on Amazon for 150$. Its a 1000w Led. So is that enough or too much. I saw one farmer say he was using a 600 w Led. Since I know I have some good beans coming I want to be right
