my 1st grow. here is th3 end result. snells awesome but the buds are fluffy and not as dense as i would have liked. i sampled à bit and its a head thought high, but nit a paranoid type, just relaxing. i want to thank everyone who helped me along this amazing journey. growing plants is easy and difficult all at the same time!!! looking forward to future grows. admin, you can close this journal!!!!

january 1st im starting 1 blue mystic fem and 1 unknown nirvana strain! ill start a new thread when i do. tonight i chopped down 2 dominican small plants, 1 northern lights (john snow) all that's left is eiwa and cersei and 1 small dominican. they should be ready in a week or so

sweet. try to keep the lights a bit closer so they don't stretch as much next round. fluorescents should be about 6" away from the plants

Cut down the last plant, and this is the small dominican i mixed with the american. 2nd generation! The plan is to strengthen the genes by inter mixing these males and females. Good or Bad idea???

Started these on christmas eve and by the 29th (my birthday) they all popped. 100% germination. I have 4 of the nirvana seeds, all are unknown freebies. Next to them I have 4 hopefully female strain i named 2124, which is my american/dominican strain. I was pleasantly surprised that all 4 of my new strain seeds popped, and are doing well. Small.. but doing well. They all grow retarded looking 1st leaves just like they momma lol (she's dominican.. american dad) im excited about this new grow. With all of the lessons learned on the last one this one should go even better. Its only been a week but they are already far ahead of the last plants.. here are a few pics

This time around i have 4 lights to start instead of just 1. Sure makes a difference with light displacement when you have multiple options!!!!

Not at all. So long as you renumber that when you mix 2 plants, the genes of seed that you will harvest will be 50% X 50%. They will vary but genetically all you get is 50-50.

If you take the best of what you like from those plants, the second generation, then you can get some interesting varieties. However if you have the room and are set up to do it, if you mixed the pollen from the second generation back to the original cross, You may get a stable plant.
