As with anything. You have to look what's in the nutes or soil before you make a choice. When growing a high value crop, you want the ingredients to be what the plant needs when it needs it. The G-M-B nutes you have are fine. I believe that I could grow just with the basic 3 part nutes, but that being said. We grow plants in a very short time. Wanting the biggest fruits and highest yields. And that my friend you need just a little more than MG has to offer. And their nutes and soils have timed release micros and macro nutes in them, and one day you might overload something and to top it off it locked out another nute. And now that lockout is timed release for later. Ti much gambling for me... " Don't Panic Grow Organic."
