You can also report bad post with the icon next to it on the right. We prefer to keep a friendly more adult atmosphere.

Ok, so @ the front of the page you have a 'rep power' whatever your rep power is, that is the amount of points the person will go up.

I triple tested this out with older forum members.

I can't find this rep power you speak of.

I don't think you have enough rep. But I think it has something to do with the green blocks. I think each green block represents a certain number of rep points. 1 to 99 is one green block, 100 to 199 is to green blocks.

AS you accrue reputation points, which I might remind you are a peer value tool, you are able to give reps at a similar value. I believe the increments are as Urdedpal outlined.
