Temp or power alert system

I just had an issue where my temp controller failed to turn off heater and room got to 109f. I lost 1 of 4 plants.

I wondering what temp and power monitoring systems people use and how they like them?

I use the Iponics 600 this thing is amazing. It will operate lighting,CO2,irrigation and everything else. I like how it graphs all of the set points.

I am looking for a device to let me know when the heat bypasses a certain level, a warning device of sorts.

Bluetooth wireless temperature controller. Some can be set to a target temp and will run automatically. You can check it from your phone.

I think inkbird makes one.
