Cool fact... if you flush the pots hard and let the water run through you will see the gnat larvae in the runoff. I've actually flushed hard enough to reduce the gnat population.
 
the ladies got a switch up. Transferred into 5 gal fabric pots in happyfrog medium. Watered with nemotoids for fungus gnats and moved to outside since we are hitting 80’s. They will be outside since the grow lights were heating up my space pretty bad in these temps. Already their leaves are straightening out do I’m thinking they were stunted because the light was too strong in there. They are in shade right now but will be receiving full sun on my private deck. They will be getting the same feedings as prior
