Transplanting from 3gallon to 5gallon

i have a bag seed plant unknown strain she's 3 weeks old getting huge..
i have her in a 3g pot.. being a 3wks can i transplant into 5g pots without to much stress or can it be done?

I will certianly agree with Icemud on this.

I always grow my seeds/cuttings in smaller pots first for a few weeks & repot into larger pot for final vegging & flowering stage.
