Vape cartridge help?

Ok so im looking for some info.
I know i can find some and have BUT its all state side info.

What im looking for is in the title a way to make my own vape cartridges
For a vape pen im willing to buy or using one i own.

I have a distiller if needed and im looking for a cheap way to make my own vape cartridges.
Info im really needing is a recipe for items available on the uk market.
And mid range to budget ways of filling/smoking.

I tried once mixing rso with VG and it never really mixed well.
Not sure if it was i did not warm up the rso and vg enough before mixing.
But once added it never really mixed well like oil and water.
Also i assume you add flavour like you would making your on vape juice?
Or is that meant to be in the extract/rso/ what ever you use.

I would perfer not to decarb weed and use the butter/oil way and strain.
But if that the best way willing to try.

I should of made it more clear in title sorry.
I want to make the product IF thats possible at home.

I did an order with Peak Terpenes and got some blueberry smoothie flavored terps, mixed with some nice wax I have and made the most tasty vapable product you can imagine. I do highly recommend Peak Terpenes.

I'm in the UK too. Ridiculous prices for the carts and disposables. I'm looking for somewhere to get them at a much more reasonable price, I know you can buy the carts empty in bulk easy enough. Be well interested to know how the oil was produced - and how things are tested for THC content....

Maybe try warm your concentrate and diluent in a double boiler or water bath until they are fully combined?

Ye i got a new toy that seems to be doing a good job.
I just use 60/40 base instead of butter add flavour and some nicotine.
Get some nice clean results its about finding the right bud and amount now.
Maybe oneday i will get a press but for now it will do.
