Is there any sort of deficiencies in these pictures..
They have just started week 4 of veg apart from these they are looking healthy

Looking good. Sometimes minor leaf damage like that is caused when we are handling the plants, and topping the plants. Also when nutes get dripped or splashed on the leaves it can cause burn spots.
I don't believe you have any issues with your grow at this point.
