haha, nah, a milligram is 1/1000 of a gram. 1/10 of a gram is a decigram. Of course, this information is not useful at all.

1g = 1000mg. so 1/4th of that is 250mg, or about a medium-sized bowl. Not a superficial amount when starting on a clear head.
250mg of fine cannabis with say 15%THC would give you 0.15 x 250mg = 37.5mg of THC.
38mg of inhaled THC is above the dose-response threshold so it should do the trick. To eat the same amount will have significantly less effect than vaporization/inhalation.

Boss has a point! What do you mean by "true weight"? On Earth mass and weight are conceptually the same for most folks. If you take your weed to Jupiter it weighs a lot more, but "weighs" nothing on the way there, which makes me question interplanetary drug policy.
