I water right up until the day she's taken down. There's a couple of people I know and trust that have tried a dark period, and there was no difference to the quality of bud.
You want to take the plant down as soon as the lights come on as this is when the most terpenes are present.

I have it on a 18/6 and it goes off at like 5 and back on 11 . So when they come back on chop her ? Gotcha

Exactly. But if it's 11pm then you may want to keep the lights off until you wake up. If you get up at 7am, make a coffee, do some exercises and get at 'er!
The point being is to fit it into your schedule. You don't want to be rushing around trying to get it done in an hour, although that would be nice.

Also alot of trics turned amber do I need to cut now or would it be ok for a day

Some folks think that ice water will cause the buds to get more purple in some strains, but others think it's cold air that does that. Either way, nothing will change if you're chopping within a day.

What percentage amber would you say they are?

Shoot prolly like 30 now

I'd take it down at this point. More amber will begin to diminish the high and just leave you with the couch lock part. Unless that's all you're after!

It's great I dont know how to end the journal hahaha I am about to start one for my purple punch

The way to end a grow journal is to show off pics of the harvest, talk about the drying and curing process, and give the final weight when it all gets into jars at 62% RH.

Then you click the Report link at the bottom left on your final post and ask the mods to move the journal to "completed."

Yep agree, final pic or buds on the tray, a clue about the scent or taste is always welcome
