Work health care plan and nicotine testing

Since the inception of Obama care my heath care plan has changed again. I don't smoke cigarettes. I can get a discount by signing an affidavit saying I don't use tobacco products. My concern is how do we prove we don't smoke cigarettes? Is this just a nicotine test ? And is it only gonna test for nicotine or do they test for THC also? Anyone on here been through this already ? I do have till end of November to fill out affidavit. So maybe I need stop cannibas use for awhile.

It is sorta basically on the honor system, but say you get sick and run a bunch of tests on you and you have nicotine in your system then the Insurance can possibly not pay your claim and you stuck being responsible for the bill. I never had to do a test and I smoke cigs still, so my insurance is higher due to that. And you're signing something that says you don't use tobacco products which is true, be different if you signed something that said you don't smoke tobacco/grass/Raid what have you
