Hi guys/gals!

First grow here, looking for some advice on when to switch these girls, and any other observations you might have :).
I apologise for the vague history!

Unknown strain clones
3.5 weeks in coco/perl, unknown time in rockwool
Coco canna ab 4ml/L
2x 300w 'greenfingers' leds
fan+extractor
fed daily, 2.5L each
650ppm in, 450 out
Ph of solution is 5.5
Roughly 18/6hr cycle

I was advised later that one may be a few weeks older, which is evident. They've shot up quickly and seem happy to my eye. One thing I've noticed is extremely purple stems which I'm hoping is genetic.

Look forward to hearing from you, cheers!

Welcome @MX420 beautiful girls you have. Great work so far.
If you want to know when to flip there are a couple things to think about.
On average your girls will double in height when flipped. Then you will need space from your light. This will give you an idea of space required. Also time and required amount of bud. The longer you veg the more bud you get in the end. But it also delays your harvest. So there is a time factor.
They are big enough now you could flip or wait for bigger harvest. How much room do you have left in your tent? Above them.

Thanks for the replies! Plenty of head room, might wait another fortnight then.
These canna nutes really are noob proof!
Fortnight you reveal your heritage my friend ;) There are a lot of awsome members from your neck of the woods. You will have no problem receiving encouragement for those great looking ladies. They also know what sponsors are in your area for your equipment needs. I'm going to grab some popcorn  And tag along.

Thank you! This community has given me so much valuable intel. They seem to be getting quite thirsty, runoff is probably less than 10%. Do you think I should up feed to 3L each instead of 2.5?
Have you seen the thread watering BLT method. Its a good one.
@Backlipslide has it in his signature. It'll help with knowing how much to use.

Hey thanks for the info Bill, that BLT post was very informative.
I'm about to switch them to 12/12, just wondering how to proceed with nutrient dosage? I'm feeding them 40ml/10L as per the label with 5.5 ph, will they need more?
I tested 50ml/L and it drove PH down to a nasty 4.5 :(.
They otherwise look healthy :) any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Your girls are healthy looking my friend. When you feed them in coco you want your ph as close to 5.8 as you can get it. As far as your nutrition goes ,do you have a ppm or ec meter. I can't tell the strength of you solution as stated. I try and get them over 1000 ppm by now. You will need to know this info in coco

Plants are looking top notch MX!! Nice and healthy! ( looking through the blurple anyways)

every odd update throw in a couple pictures of the plants under normal lighting. It’s easier for us that don’t see them in person can see the colour the plant is giving off and maybe even spot something that wasn’t spotted in person. (Sometimes growers don’t know exactly what their looking for)

Im teaching a buddy of mine how to grow, @Wolfskins and I spotted a banana on his plant that he would have never noticed lol. So it happens, and normal light photos definitely help! :thumb:

thanks for the shoutout @Bill284 :high-five:

You guys are more then welcome to putting that link into you’re signature if you like! :headbanger:

Thanks mate, I've gotten very lucky with my 5.5 ph I think, feeding them 650ppm right now, and runoff is always around 500 mark.

I'm afraid this is the best I can do with phone flash, to my untrained eyes colours seem pretty good.
I'll continue with this feed, if you guys think I need more ill grab some ph-up :)
