Hey Guys & Gals - 12 Strains Running - Breeding Projects Underway

Hello everyone. Please forgive me if the format of my journal isn't correct, new to this so please bare with me. First off I would like to thank everyone for the warm welcome already, and I look forward to speaking and meeting new members and old members alike. I'm sure we all can learn something from each other along our journey. I will be updating my journal on a daily basis when work doesn't get in the way. Ok, on with the show.

Like the title states I have 12 strains going now there already in mid veg so before long I will have some good bud porn to show you guys. the 12 consist of as follows: Dr. Grinspoon. Aliens Jack'd Up. Grimace OG. Buddha Tahoe OG. Jamaican Grape. God Bud. Banana Kush. Grape Kush. Lemon Kush. Plus 2 autos Assassin & Heisenberg special. Not to mention clones off each of the 10 photo strains. I plan on selfing each strain I'm the near future, and also making a new cross from each strain.

I am using a 1,000 watt sunmaster for lighting. My soil consists of soil organics, ocean forest, earthworm castings, perlite, bone meal, and excelerite. Cool.. welcome. Well let's see here. I was still in hs, and that was yrs ago. Lol I'd say 10 yrs growing and 5 or so breeding. So roughly 15 + year's. How's about yourself?

I'm glad you are goin be around for the ride bro. I'm excited about it aswell. Can't wait to work on my G13 strain Doggies Nuts I've kept around for a few yrs. The beans are kinda old so I have some GA3 to help along with that if there's any issues, hopefully there won't be. Fingers crossed. I forgot to mention once I get everything up and going I will be giving out testers to anyone interested in my crosses. It'll be a few months still though. I also have an auto cross I'm working with. She's an auto Assassin x Heisenberg auto. Just cropped out an Heisenberg and I have to say to be an auto the strain sure has some kick... I would easily place her in my top 5 top sheilf strains when it comes to smell,tatse, and bag appeal. I could care less about the last (bag appeal), now it's a different story when it comes to taste and smell.

I'm 62 years old, and I've only been exposed to this alternative world of cannabis cultivators since August of 2014. I've smoked most of my adult life, but didn't grow my first plants until November of 2014. I've only been growing for 20 months, with some major down times in that run of months. I started growing to keep my dying husband in cannabis we'd never have been able to afford. If he was going to die on me at so young an age I was going to see to it that he stayed as righteously high as possible.

My first grow was here with 420 Magazine. Within months I was voted MOTM and the love affair began in earnest. I'm so wet behind the ears you could water a garden with it. Lol! I'm a quick study and I love unconditionally and unabashedly, so they tolerate me around here.

In my opinion "bag appeal" means you took off the filet mignon we call sugar leaves. Makes no sense to me. I barely trim my plants anymore. I use most of mine in oils or edibles though, which use the entire plant. I prefer to jar my buds lovingly wrapped inside curled sugar leaves.

Go to your user cp (control panel) it's in the main menu bar at the top of each page. Go into your user cp and there's an menu option down the leftside about making changed to your signature, profile pic, etc...

MOTM means member of the month- 420 runs monthly contests which snare a few helpless victims each month where they are thrust in the public spotlight to be poked and prodded and voted on. Prizes go to the chosen one each month along with a fancy title.

Look forward to being around here and talking with you guys. Just figured I would post up a few pictures of my past grows that has some of my newest crosses and the strains I've used to do so. Still have to run a few test runs on the Candy Kush just to make sure I have a few kinks worked out. Had some issues with the flowering period (length ) so I had to mix in a quicker flowering strain to speed things up by a month or so.
