Gibs the spray route is great for new seedlings as it stops over watering, however when they get to the size they are now it's best to water with a measuring jug or even a big seringe and you should be watering all the soil evenly right upto the edges of the pot till max of 20% run off comes...

Dude just a thought, don't over tighten the screws on the lamp holders either as they are small and made from soft cooper, tend to snap very easy we call that the apprentice touch as they always end up doing it

I think the ceramic ones can handle 100w so don't think that will be the problem did u wire it all yourself? Are the fans screwed or touching the cupboard? That's the bug killer I used watered it down 20% sprayed under leaves fist as they dropped like a bitch then tops and stems, little mist over top of the soil and fed her the day before all seems clear now, guna get a bug filter on my supply fan to stop new invasions haha got a few little holes...

Hey lion, I got a little telling off for my last post didn't realize it was against forum rules to offer what I did haha, just an update I watered down the bug spray by 20% and all seems good now with little lady indoors, just noticed this morning some tiny pre flower, who on here suggests LST...
