Border Patrol agents in Yuma have seized a half ton of marijuana, as well as a 2005 Humvee H-Two.
Agents made the discovery after several suspected illegal immigrants were spotted on a surveillance camera running from the Colorado River near County 14th Street.

They found the H-Two stuck in the sand between the river and the Salinity Canal. Inside, they found 46 bundles of marijuana. The Border Patrol says the pot had an estimated street value of 837-thousand dollars.

Agents tracked six people from the scene to the Cocopah Indian Reservation, where the trail was lost. Another six individuals were tracked to the Colorado River, where agents determined they had fled into Mexico.
