Thanks brotha! I'm waiting for this USB microscope to show up today and get some trich closeups to see when I should start the flush. I for the life of me suck at getting a good look at trichs on a live plant with a loope, looking at dried nugs is much easier in my experience lol. Plants are still chugging along, I feel like the lucky and ogkb are starting to bulk up the buds which I have loved to watch develop. Just about to hit 6 weeks in flower this weekend.

So grabbed a few pics with this microscope thang and it's looking like there are only a very few trichs slightly turning amber but nothing to crazy. Any insight would be much appreciated. These pics are from the lucky charms. The sour tangies and ogkb are still completely clear with a hint of milk. I'm thinking maybe to start flushing in a week? Idk I may harvest staggered to see what kinda buzz I prefer the best but I do like the narcotic body buzz so I wouldn't mind letting a few go long.

Started the flush this morning!! I am lucky enough to have a boss that is a seasoned grower and came over and looked at my trichs and gave me the clear to start the flush. Super excited to see the girls change in the next week or so! Almost chop time. It looks like I'll chop right at 8 weeks, I feel like the plants aren't crazy chunky yet but the trichs are showing me that it's almost time.

Plants are starting to get some of those beautiful fall colors and starting to stank pretty well meow! The ogkb stardawg probably has my favorite smell atm as a fresh plant ( smells just like a dead skunk on the side of the road, which I weirdly love the smell of). Just flushing with ph'd water and waiting for my run off to drop down on ppms. I feel like it's quite spastic on the numbers tho because dirt is in the water kinda messing up the ppm measurement but I'll still wait and see if the numbers drop. These pictures are from the weekend and since the last few days the leaves are changing colors.

Thank you Mr.Krip! I'm super happy the way this first grow is coming to an end. Already want to start another round of seeds but my landlord will be back in town soon and he's always doing some shit around the building( which is nice for living in a upkept building) but don't want to poke the bear. So I may take some time away and build up a dream growtent and start next winter.

About 1 week into flushing now and the girls seem happy and sticky. The lucky charms seems to be finishing the quickest outta the bunch with the most amber trichs and the buds are swelling like crazy to my eyes. Just twiddling thumbs and waiting patiently for my prime harvest window. I'm thinking to throw them into 48 hours of darkness and harvest on the 11th maybe. This has been a fun experience and I cant wait to do this again! Thanks to everyone who's stopped by and helped out, I really appreciate it!

I ended up chopping the ladies down yesterday morning, the trichs were about 70%milk and 20%amber with just a touch of clear. Just got a toothed pulled so I was house bound and bored and the trimming was a good distraction from the face aches( the tooth was fused to my jaw and it took them over 2 hours to get it out with just novocaine shots... not a fun time) took me about 4 hours to trim and hang. I'm super happy to see them drying and waiting for jars in a few days. Buds smell the most right now than anytime the entire grow. Getting a forced tolerance break due to the tooth so it will be nice to have a somewhat clean slate when i smoke these in a few days. It's been a fun ride and I cant wait to start again. I'm really not sure what the weight will be but I wasn't going for a huge supply, I just really wanted to see how they develop with no training and just learn and try high yield methods down the road. I got lucky a didn't have many issues at all this grow which is bitter sweet in my mind. I still have so much to learn and I'm sure my next grows will teach me plenty. I think I may get a little over a quad each plant so I'm happy, also have about 2 zips of trim for edibles and topicals( helps with my skin condition) so I'm a happy camper. This community has been great for information and comforting my virgin eyes when I think there is a problem. 420 community for the win you guys fucking rock!!

this was a pleasing short read! yr plants were pretty all the way to the end & i'd really like to know if you got sour tangie or goat. your meds all look really good whereas the first sour tangie i bought was just super low quality & i haven't seen it in a dispensary since

It's been awhile, just been curing up the nugs and waiting patiently.... somewhat I've tried the weed a week now into curing and its smooth and nice and stoney. Definitely some more curing to go for the smell and flavor I'm hoping shows stronger in the end. Did make some vegetable glycerin tincture today tho, used a butter machine and about an oz of trim plus 7 grams of bubble I had lying around and some hash oil and churned her for 8 hours. Taste super weedy but I like the rich nutty warmth it has, just waiting to see how much it takes for a good buzz.
