1month old, grows outside

so here are some pics...when it was about 2/3 weeks old it was a bit yellowish but now i think it is ok and looks ok to me but im pretty new to this. the plant is from a bag seed and i think it is indica or indica dominant....second pic is when it was a bit yellow, first one is from today
any suggestions? i havent given them anything yet only water and some ash cos i heard it is good for a plant..sry for bad english

Most likely hungry. I had one like this in my current grow, fed it some Cal/Mag+ and it was better/greener in a few days.
